Above ground basement suite available March 1st. It can be a two bedroom or a three bedroom; your choice. $1400 for two bedrooms, $1650 for three, heat and hydro included. Separate laundry, 6 months lease, no smoking or vaping inside. I am looking for someone or a family that is respectful and is open to communication and shared living space. The water tank and heating system are shared. I live upstairs, I am quiet, I don't party and I value open and respectful communication.
