City of Port AlberniEMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Program InstructorNights Alive Program The City of Port Alberni is accepting applications for casual Recreation Program Instructors for the Nights Alive program. The Nights Alive program provides safe, late-night recreational activities for youth (12-18) on Wednesday and Saturday nights at a variety of recreation facilities. Applicants must have some post-secondary education in a related field, some directly-related community recreation experience and experience working directly with youth, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Additional required qualifications include: Current Standard First Aid certification Current CPR-C certification Successful completion of a Police Information Check Preferred qualifications include: Unrestricted Class 4 Driver&rsquos License Food Safe Level 1 Rate of pay for this position is per the CUPE Local 118 Collective Agreement.
