Near Harbour Quay. Bear's Den bedroom is large, in the basement with your own separate entrance. Entrance is shared with host and guests for the upstairs room. There is quite a bit of storage and bike and/or kayak could potentially fit. The whole area is probably about 650 square feet and constitutes most of the basement of the entire house :) you are above ground partly, so light is pretty good! Fairly steep basement stairs to get up to the main floor where the shared bathroom and kitchen are :) There is no bathroom in the basement floor unfortunately. Garden Nook $595/month The Garden Nook is a cozy colourful room in Jenny's B&B with rear garden 'peek' views. Featuring a comfortable single organic mattress sleigh bed, desk and other furnishings, it is also adjacent to the kitchen and shared bathroom (clawfoot tub/shower). Either listing is good for for single occupancy for student or professional. Bike & Kayak friendly w/ safe indoor storage for both in the lower entry way of Bear's Den. Our dogs are super friendly once they know you, but our one Aussie is special needs during introduction. We have gates in the house and manage him well. A dog lover who understands the quirks of an Aussie Shepherd would be ideal. A few trips to the park with us to play ball and you will become best friends for life lol. We are looking for someone clean, respectful and for solo occupancy. No smoking on the property. We will need accurate references as you will be living with us in our home (just two of us!). This could be an amazing fit for someone long term, as we are looking ideally for a longterm tenant. Short term bookings are best done via Air BnB. We look forward to hearing from you!
