One bedroom for rent in a shared QB home. Located in Chartwell. Available March 1st, 2020. Shared common space. Enjoy kitchen space with your own cupboard shelves and fridge/freezer space for your food. You can use all our cooking and eating utensils of course, unless you're practicing a Bohemian lifestyle and eat with your hands only. There's also a yard and deck with chairs, table, and bbq. Must love animals as I have 2 very very affectionate hairless cats and they will force their love onto you. Like climb all over you owning you like they bought you forced love. :) Unfortunately can't do anymore pets unless they were completely bedroom bound and with pet deposit. What it includes: * All utilities * Super high speed wi-fi * Water-on-demand (so no swearing and cursing when someone has a shower before you) * Washer/dryer * Flatscreen smart tv with 300 heart-pounding cable stations plus a pvr in YOUR bedroom * Furnished bedroom with nice double size bedroom set (including linens), smart tv and pvr, fireplace, and fan. Can be unfurnished if needed. Shared house with myself (the homeowner), who is a workaholic female and hardly ever home, and one other person. The hall bathroom is shared between the other person and yourself. Looking for a very clean, quiet, and responsible roommate. (What can I say, I like a clean house). Non-smoker or outside very very very clean smoking only as no one else smokes (and I mean very clean smoker). No drugs, no partiers. You buy your own groceries and personal stuff. $650 for single person only. Damage deposit is half month's rent. If you're messy, we won't get along. So clean renter only and I mean clean. Also no late night smelly cooking or noise as I'm an early riser. So this won't suit someone who likes to cook themselves a big dinner at midnight. House is for sale and there are financial perks related to this for you, as well as the option to move with me to a brand new home with a high potential of your own bathroom with the same rental rate. (Ex. of financial perks include being paid per showing and cheap rent if you stay until the end, etc). So it should be a plus more than anything. :)
