Need long-term rental for very quiet family of 3. Don't drink at all-don't smoke at all-EXCELLENT references as well. Never been late or missed a rental payment. Need to find a new rental as our current house is being sold. We are very quiet and keep to ourselves. Willing to sign a long-term lease. We take pride in our home and would treat yours as our own. Enjoy yard work and gardening as well. Need at least 2 Bedrooms. We have 1 dog who is a couch-potato and not a problem whatsoever. Will pay pet deposit.
