$1,300 · WANTED: Quiet couple looking for private place to live

Hello, me and my best friend are looking for a private place to rent, we would prefer rural. We will not live in a basement suite or live in the same house as other people. We are not interested in any landlord whos top priority is strict rules and taking as much money as possible from their tenants. That probably sounds strange but I've had my fair share of abusive landlords. A little about us; * We're quiet. * We do not like parties or loud people. * We do not smoke or do drugs/alcohol. * We have one quiet cat, she is litter trained and we'll behaved. * We have a few tiny domestic finches (small songbirds) * We love nature and outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting. * We are relaxed and layed back. * We work from home currently. Hopefully there is somebody real and decent out there looking for quiet relaxed tenants.
