Sproat Lake Provincial Park is nearby and the Alberni Valley has many recreation options for year round hiking, fishing, cycling, etc. Nice residential area, safe and quiet neighbours, one block away from the Kitsuksis Dyke and walking/cycling trails leading to the Kitsuksis Falls. Also within 10 minutes driving and 20 minutes walking anywhere in town. Well kept, impeccably clean house with wooden floors. All modern appliances, a wood stove and three work sheds outside with all kinds of gardening and woodworking tools and space for wood and storage.
