$2,500 · WANTED: Home for family of 4 + sweet dog

We are a family of 4, consisting of mom, dad, 2 young children, and a very well behaved senior rescue dog, Toby (shepherd/collie mix). We recently sold our house in Victoria and are planning to relocate to Port Alberni to be closer to family. We have chosen to wait before purchasing, and as such are looking for a suitable rental in PA. We are seeking a 2 or 3 bedroom rental starting sometime in the next few months. We are open to most areas, and are willing to be a bit of a further drive out of town for the right house/property. Our ideal home would have some outdoor space for our dog and kids to enjoy, and any garage space would be a bonus as well. I am an accountant and my husband is an engineer. We have reliable employment and are quiet, clean, and responsible. Our prior property was an acreage so, if applicable, we are used to taking care of plants/gardens/landscaping.
