Available in Port Alberni. $3800 OBO This very cute little trailer has had multiple upgrades and renovations since I've owned it, here are a few: - entire floor underneath bed replaced with 3/4" plywood and reinsulated with new rigid foam board. - section of walls around bed replaced with new plywood and reinsulated with rigid foam board. - brand new raised wooden frame for mattress (ample airflow to prevent mold, etc). - all plumbing for city water intake has been replaced with new 1/2" PEX pipe, including water shut off valves. - new black water tank release gasket installed. - new tiles installed behind kitchen sink. - electrical wire replacement and new plug installed in some sections. - new Danby mini refrigerator - new front door - $400 low decibel 3 in 1 portable fan/dehumidifier/AC installed. - new 30 pound Flame King propane tank ($100 value) - new primer and paint on entire ceiling, all cupboards, entire bathroom, all walls. - new lightbulbs/some LED. -BONUS large dog door & small floating dog/cat bed. I lived in this trailer comfortably with my 2 dogs, I had many more renovations planned so there are some partially unfinished projects. However, the trailer is live-in ready; everything works. Both grey/black water tanks work, the stove works fantastically, toilet and all plumbing in great shape. This is a nice deal for a live-in ready home, I would personally install a wood stove or small marine diesel heater & build a roof over it for the best experience (those were my plans!). I had planned to live in this trailer for years to come and continue improving it, however due to unforseen financial circumstances I have to let it go. Its been well taken care of, I've always kept it warm, dry and covered with a tarp. I'm sure there are many extras I'm forgetting to mention here... The price of the trailer is negotiable, however some of those extras won't be available for a lower price. The exterior of the trailer hasn't had much attention and will likely need some in the future, unless tarped or a roof built over.
