Hello Cowichan Valley Landlords! If you’re seeking tenants who are quiet, pet-free nonsmokers, pay their rent on time, and take good care of your property, you’re in luck! My husband and I are 70-somethings looking for a long-term rental home in your neighbourhood. A two-to-three-bedroom house or suite would be ideal. We're model tenants (especially Keith who's very handy and conscientious about maintenance), we’re easy to get along with, and we have stellar local references. We’re hoping for a November 1 2025 move-in date, but we’re flexible.
